3.1 Booking Process: All photography sessions require a confirmed booking. Bookings are secured upon receipt of a signed contract and payment of the required deposit.
3.2 Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to secure your booking date and time. The remaining balance is due on or before the date of the photography session, unless otherwise specified in your contract.
3.3 Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other electronic payment methods as specified at the time of booking.
3.4 Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in delays in service delivery.
4.1 Cancellation by Client: Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email acceptable). The following cancellation terms apply:

4.3 Cancellation by Photographer: In the unlikely event that Klozslyx must cancel a session due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to reschedule the session. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund of any payments made will be provided.
5.1 Punctuality: Clients are expected to arrive on time for scheduled sessions. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or rescheduling at the photographer's discretion, with potential additional fees.
5.2 Behavior: Clients and their guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and cooperative manner. Disruptive behavior may result in early termination of the session without refund.
5.3 Technical Difficulties: Klozslyx uses professional equipment and backup systems. However, in the event of technical failures beyond our control, liability is limited to a refund of fees paid or partial refund proportional to the impact on deliverables.

6.3 Selection Process: For sessions that include client selection of images, selection must be made within 30 days of gallery delivery. Failure to select within this timeframe may result in photographer selection or additional fees for gallery extension.
7.1 Copyright Ownership: All photographs created by Klozslyx remain the intellectual property of Klozslyx. Copyright is not transferred to clients unless specifically stated in writing.
7.2 Client Usage Rights: Clients receive usage rights as specified in their contract. Typically, this includes:

9.3 Monetary Damages: In no event shall Klozslyx's liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
